Process Management was designed to
aid in providing a quality training
experience for those at Worldport.
Managing internal processes for
improving performance, optimizing
efficiency, and enhancing the quality of
training. Processes are important
assets to our organization that must
be understood, managed, and
developed to deliver valuable products
and services. Working crossfunctionally
to generate new ideas,
have effective communication, and
enhance processes within our
organization.
Team Objective Our Programs
We offer a wide range of programs
that support the training department,
such as classroom evaluations,
gateway communications,
MOP/agenda updates, identifying
operational inconsistencies, surveys,
job aids, and training handbooks. As a
team, we strive to complete projects in
an expeditious manner and give
employees quick access to training
material. Our approach is to document,
track, and analyze performance
information.
